Portugal feels like one big postcard. I loved wandering through Lisbon’s hilly streets, with its colorful tiles and old-world charm. The seafood was some of the best I’ve ever had, especially at a tiny seaside spot in the Algarve. Sintra’s palaces felt straight out of a fairy tale, and Porto’s riverside vibe was so relaxing. Portugal is a place I could explore for weeks and still want more.
